Delivery

• Every product is an instant digital download. Nothing is shipped.
• Your download link appears right after checkout and is also sent with your receipt.

Refunds and help

Because files are delivered instantly, digital downloads are final sale once delivered. If a file will not open or a link does not work, contact us through the form within 48 hours and we will fix it or send it again.

Your license

Each purchase is for one household. Print as many pages as your family needs, and share them with the helpers who care for your loved one. Please do not resell the files or post them for others to download.

Not medical advice

Our organizers and trackers help you keep records. They are not medical, legal or financial advice. Always follow the instructions of your doctor, pharmacist or care team.
